Is fried fish good for skin? Or should I eat boiled fish for better skin results?

While fish can be a good source because of omega-3, and other nutrients that are good for the skin, frying it can add unhealthy fats and calories to the dish and may give harmful effects on the skin. So, between the two, boiled fish is better than fried because it provides more benefit from heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Its very healthy material for skin because it is more healthy and it have much more ingredients in it which help body as well as skin so I thick fried fish is much more helpful for skin.

From my wealth of knowledge I know that fish is very good for our skin health but not when fried frying fish add excess calories in to the fish which is not so healthy.
