Sadly there is no actual cheat for how to get to sleep or immediately fall asleep, however, there are some important and helpful things you can try if you are struggling to fall asleep.

Creating a routine and schedule for yourself is seen to be one of the best ways to help you fall asleep if struggling or have a sleeping order like insomnia.

Meditating and trying to calm and clear your mind can also be a helpful way to help you fall asleep

Watching what you eat and not eating before bed is also helpful especially if you struggle with indigestion or have other dietary issues.

Being mindful of screens and your stress levels can also help determine factors making it difficult for you to sleep

Lastly, if you don't mind using medicine and don't have any adverse or unwanted reactions you could always try medicine such as melatonin but you should talk to your doctor.

To get to sleep quickly, there are several ways: (1) exhaust your body with physical work (work daily) or sport; (2) calm your mind, stay away from things that stress you out (including not having debt if you don't have to), and improve relationships with those around you; (3) clean your body (shower, wash your hair with shampoo, or just wash your hands/foot); (4) eat and drink water in moderation (don't be full or hungry); (5) clean your room and bed; and (6) intend to sleep and pray.

If you are having difficulty falling asleep at night, there are a few things you can do to help you get to sleep faster. First, try to keep your bedroom dark and quiet. Avoid screens and other distractions before bed, and try to stick to a consistent sleep schedule. Additionally, you can try relaxation techniques like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation to help your body relax. Finally, if you are still having trouble falling asleep, you may want to speak to your doctor about possible treatments or medications.
