The Detroit Lions are the only NFL franchise that has never facilitated or played in the Super Bowl. Notwithstanding their long history in the association, tracing all the way back to 1930, the Lions have attempted to make Super Bowl progress. They have confronted various difficulties, including times of terrible showing and incessant training changes. The nearest they came to a Super Bowl appearance was during the 1950s when they brought home NFL titles, yet the Super Bowl as far as we might be concerned today had not yet been laid out.
