Religion can provide a powerful motivation for individuals or groups seeking to commit acts of terrorism. Some terrorists see themselves as engaged in a holy war, or jihad, against perceived enemies of their faith. They may believe that their actions are sanctioned by divine authority or that they are fulfilling a religious duty.

Terror is a very bad deed. There is no single religion in this world that justifies terror activity. If you don't believe it, pay attention to every religious scripture and just ask the religious leader. Religion does not provide any motivation for terrorist activity. These are true and indisputable facts.

Try asking the terrorists, what is the bases (verses, etc.) for their acts of terror. Also pay attention to whether the terrorits has a good and correct understanding of his/her religion.

It is possible that there are some people who try to link or correlate terror activities with (beliefs) of religion, but the basis of that assumption (a link or correlation between terrorist activities and religion) is wrong; not based on correct logic, biased, and very mislieading. Apart from that, one of the reasons for emergence of such questions is the subjectivity and/or double standards of the news maker.
