A standard full-sized snooker table has six pockets. Each corner of the table has one pocket, and there is a pocket in the middle of each of the long sides of the table. The pockets are designed to catch the balls that are potted (or sunk) during a game of snooker. They are typically made of leather or rubber and have an opening that is just wide enough to allow a ball to pass through. The pockets are positioned at specific angles and heights to create the challenging and strategic gameplay that is characteristic of snooker.  I too like snooker.
