This is one group of people who need to be taken care of properly otherwise a country can literally go down and many lives lost because of something that could be well taken care of. Medical practioners are retiring early from their jobs because they feel unfulfilled in their jobs. Many are working hard yrying to do their best and give the best treatments, but their efforts are not being recognized as such. Most of them are living in poor conditions, their benefits have been stripped from them, or they probably don't have any, because the government feels they cannot pay for them. It's very sad to even think about especially when we have government officials living large forgeting about the people that take care of them. So the practioners are better off quitting their jobs to try try something new like opening up private practices to be able to survive on their own means.

In my country Philippines, it is seldom to see doctors or physicians having their early retirement. I hope it is not because of this pandemic thing.

The reasons for early retirement from medical practice can be varied and complex. Many physicians retire early due to the increasing cost of running a medical practice and the decreasing amount of reimbursement they are receiving from insurance companies. Additionally, the increasing pressure from government regulations and the medical board can be a major factor in early retirement. The mental strain of caring for patients and the long hours required can also be a contributing factor. Some physicians may also retire early due to lack of job satisfaction or to pursue other interests.

Many physicians are retiring early due to a combination of burnout, administrative burden, declining reimbursement, and changing healthcare policies.

One reason why so many Physicians are RETiring early is because of the Social Security Act's " Alamut Rule." This rule requires that all payments to Physicians be made with proper pay and tips must be given in proper form. When a Rule is this severe, as it is often not, then there is a potential that it is being violated and the risk of fine and/or exorbitant fees becomes greater. This could lead to a Physicians rule of thumb being "A.T.T. and Up."
