Theodore Roosevelt is the only U.S. President to have received the Medal of Honor. He was awarded it posthumously in 2001, more than 80 years after his death. The award was given for his actions during the Battle of San Juan Hill in the Spanish-American War.

No U.S. President has ever been awarded the Medal of Honor. It is the highest military award for valor in action against an enemy force and is typically awarded to members of the U.S. Armed Forces. However, several Presidents have received other military honors for their service, including the Purple Heart and the Silver Star.

No U.S. President has received the Medal of Honor. The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration awarded to members of the United States Armed Forces for acts of valor. While several Presidents have served in the military, none of them have been awarded the Medal of Honor.
