The two volcanic islands in the Indian Ocean are Reunion and Mauritius. Both Islands are located east of the African Continent.

Reunion:- This French overseas department is known for its active volcano, Piton de la Fournaise. The Island has been formed by a hotspot in the Earth's crust, leading to volcanic activity.

Mauritius:- Another island formed by volcanic activity Mauritius is situated to the Northeast of Reunion. While its main volcanic activity has ceased long ago the island still displays remnants of its volcanic origin such as dormant craters and basaltic formations. Mauritius is famous for its stunning beaches, coral reefs and diverse wildlife.

Reunion Island: This is an overseas department and region of France, located east of Madagascar. It is known for its active volcanoes, such as Piton de la Fournaise, one of the world's most active volcanoes.

Rodrigues Island: This is an autonomous outer island of Mauritius, situated about 560 kilometers (350 miles) to the northeast of Mauritius. Though not as well-known as Reunion Island, Rodrigues also has volcanic origins.

Please note that volcanic islands can be subject to change due to volcanic activity or geological processes, so it's always good to refer to updated sources for the most current information.
