I believe the best place to buy food is the market. In the market you will get a variety of foods and at affordable prices. The foods at the market are fresh and clean. Fresh food like greens, potatoes, maize groundnuts are testy when they are fresh.    I also think purchasing directly from farmers who have farms is a good idea like fresh milk incase you live up country or at the country side.
