That depends on a few factors, such as your health, weight, intake amount, chlorination level, etc. For the average person, just a little shouldn't really affect you at all. But if you drink like a pint or more then you'll most likely have a headache, stomach ache and could get diarrhea. There's also what's called RWI (Recreational Water Illness) but it's extremely rare. It happens when there's parasitic germs from fecal matter that the chlorine, for whatever reason, didn't kill.
