I am not getting points for commenting on answeree what should i do?

I started to earn on answeree some times ago I did very well on it and when I thought I could get my rewards my points were deducted,  the points I got because of commenting is not there what should I do can anyone explain to me .

It might be happening because of any glitch in profile or website. Instead of commenting try to answer the questions and make sure to follow the answer guidelines.

If you are not getting points on your answers, trying checking if your answers are adding value to the conversation. Engage in discussions that are meaningful and engaging. If the problem continues rechout to the platforms support center

I think they stopped giving points for comments even my points were deducted last month and i tried inquiring why but there was no reply from administration.
