This question rises in the Nicomachean Ethics of Aristotle. 

Aristotle made mention of five aspects of human happiness. 

1. Human as rational beings. 

2. Friendship. 

3. The partice  of virtue both moral and intellectual. 

4. Justice to the city or polis.

5. Ideal state.image

Happiness is a state of contentment and fulfillment characterized by positive emotions,  satisfaction  with life and a sense of well-being. It often arises from meaningful  relationships,  personal growth  and pursuing one's passions.

Well According to me you know when you feels happy like doing a particular thing there must be something you do that makes you feel different than other days which can be happiness and anything but feeling good in a type of situation
