I was courted by a guy for 4 months and at the span of that time, I really enjoyed his company and really liked him. I am not really a talkative person that shares my worries to someone and because of that, I had anxiety attack and somehow affected our courting stage and I ended it. Now, I sincerely regretted it because I hurt him and I blamed myself for that. I just wished that I can turn back the time and not let my anxiety took me over. I want to start again with him but I know I am not in the place to demand it. What should I do?
