Exercise always give me an energy and I feel more better after doing exercises especially after a long time sitting in front of my computer.

Exercise is so important to do every single day to keep my joints and muscle healthy.

Yes, because you release endorphines. Doing excercise out doors can be more beneficial than a nap as the fresh air energies you.
