Do 10 minute intervals every 40 to 30 minutes and completely disconnect form social media and distractions. You can also have chocolate or chips on hand

That was so stressful to study for 12 hours straight. You should unwind, take a nap or even eat and don't force yourself to do that. Studying must be enjoyful and not stressful to be handled correctly

It is possible you just have to set mind on it then i would advise you lock your self up in a room after studying for some time like 30 minutes you rest for 5 minutes

Studying 12 hours straight is unrealistic.

Every human being needs to add fuel to their body to start working better again. Instead of fuel we eat food and have some quality rest to accelerate our speed of work.
If you want to study for 12 hours than you can probably do that by studying for some 1 to 2 hours continuously and taking 1 hours break and continuing the same process again.

If you want to study longer without getting bored, set yourself up for success by working in a distraction-free spot. Take quick breaks to stay fresh, switch between subjects to keep things interesting, and motivate yourself with small rewards. While marathon study sessions may be unavoidable sometimes, do your best to study bit by bit instead of cramming the night before a test.

As someone who needs  to study for long hours, I have found that breaking up my study sessions into shorter, manageable chunks of time (50-60 minutes) and taking short breaks in between (5-10 minutes) using the Pomodoro technique, helps me to stay focused and motivated throughout the day. I prioritize and focus on the most important and difficult tasks during the times when I have the most energy and focus.  I also make sure to keep myself fueled by having snacks and drinking enough water throughout the day. this helps me to stay energized and focused, rather than feeling fatigued and sluggish.

Don't study continuously because it will only cause trouble for you that means you will loose your concentration and starts forgetting things... So the solution is study continuously for 30 min and then take a rest while of 5-10 min repeat this process ..this process will help you to study and concentration more...

All the best for your exams.

Don't try to study 12 hours straight - I GUARANTEE THAT IT WON'T WORK! Your mind and your body need to rest. I recomment you to try a techniqur called pomodoro, where you study for 25 minutes followed by a 5 minutes long break. After 4 pomodoro sessions, take a longer break.

Moreover, 12 hours is literally half of your day so remeber to find time for sleeping as well ;)

If there is a lot of content you need to grasp it as fast as possible, i would advise you to ask a friend so that you can do it together. This will do away with boredom only if both of you are focused to do so. If you want to do it alone, you can set an interval of maybe one hour and at each interval, you can take a break of ten minutes. After the end of each topic studied, do a sample of questions on the same or write what you can remember and refer. Do as much repetition as possible and start from known to unknown.

You can draft a timetable and spend around 1 hour for every subject have breaks in between. Start with the concepts that you know digging down to the unknown. Cramming won't help and it will only waste and tear you down. Also stay composed and keep calm.
