I agree that is a very healthy luch item . I eat chappati for lunch time to time with these curries and I also prefer some curd

Those are some very tasty food . I would also recommend some salad , with lots of veggies and fresh meat .

In summer, curd rice with mango pickle is one of the ideal lunch meal. It is very easy to prepare and tasty. Also it has numerous health benefits. You can eat it thrice a week for lunch without any harm. Personally Curd rice with mango pickle is my top favourite lunch all the time. 

All you need is boiled rice and fresh curd (yogurt) and salt. You can temper it with spices, red chillies and green chillies. I personally prefer it with green chillies.

You can buy mango pickle at any grocery store or at the Amazon Pantry.

Lunch made at home can be a healthy and delicious choice and it's important to take lunch to help prevent an unproductive mid-afternoon slump and improve your mental well-being. One of my favorite healthy lunch meals is chicken breast and asparagus stir fry and it is so easy to cook. Just stir fry the chicken saute with oil over high heat. saute garlic and ginger until tender add the cut asparagus and the final step pour the chicken and simmered until thickened the sauce.

Lunch is a food eaten in the afternoon personally that's when I eat heavy food the most so I can go with yam and egg sauce that very easy to make, just get your raw eggs tomato paste and fresh tomatoes then your tuber's of yam
