In summer, curd rice with mango pickle is one of the ideal lunch meal. It is very easy to prepare and tasty. Also it has numerous health benefits. You can eat it thrice a week for lunch without any harm. Personally Curd rice with mango pickle is my top favourite lunch all the time.
All you need is boiled rice and fresh curd (yogurt) and salt. You can temper it with spices, red chillies and green chillies. I personally prefer it with green chillies.
