Do Audi cars have the same design in the US that they do in Europe?

Audi has an international design all over the world. They are supplying almost same product in America and Europe. But when it comes to Asian countries like India they don't have every models there as they have in Europe. It might be because of the road conditions in different countries. Middle East is also getting almost all editions from Audi.
Audi car company is the same all over the world, so it's practically impossible to have different designs because it's still the same company that produce the cars no matter where they are used in the world.

Yes they do, since the different Audi models looks the same in other countries also. It all comes down to which model it is.

I think the car steering wheel differs depending on which country the car is selled in though. For example in Sweden, we are driving on the right side of the road, so the steering wheel in Swedish Audi cars is on the left side of the car.
