Fried chicken with ketchup is okay. Chinese Lemon Chicken is better. I recently discovered Campbells Skillet Sauces (Thai Curry Chicken) and combined the two. I fry up chicken (well breaded), debone, cut the pieces into bite-size. I pour half the contents of Campbells into a baking dish, add the chicken pieces, cover with the rest of the sauce, seal with aluminum foil, bake 300F for 30 minutes. Serve over chicken flavored rice.
