22In my opinion, fish is better than chicken. It is good for eyes. It also treats depression and source of high quality protein.It also prevents asthama in children and it lowers risk of heart disease.Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals such as iron, iodine, magnesium and potassium.Eating fish at least two times per week is a part of healthy diet.

Personally I think chicken is better because it's is naturally delicious it doesn't have any leftover smell like fish when you are done eating it..and chicken gives you the feeling of celebration

At some places chicken  costs more , some places fish costs more 

From what I know fish has a lot of health benefits . Chicken is also good . Depends on your personal preference really .
