I don't judge a person by how much tattoo he got on his body, I judge the person by his character not physical. Tattoos is an art and lot of people doing it.
Tattoos means something to that person that's why he chose to pierce it on his skin. It's okay for me if a person has it but to others, it is informality to them. It's fine if you have a few or even just words or symbols that's valuable for you
I think it's great that people have the freedom to express themselves through tattoos. It can be a great way to show off your personality and creativity. Ultimately, it's up to the individual to decide whether they want to get a tattoo or not.
I think people with tattoos are usually more interested in their own personal lives and what comes with being Tattooed. They might have some interesting tattoos that we don't.
