Others say that lavender has soothing effects to make you feel relaxed. That's why others believe it has some help to make you fall asleep. I have lavender oil aromatherapy that I use to apply on my temples, back of my ears, and pulse points when I am in bed. Somehow it helps me to relax and fell asleep to the smell of the oil.

I don't think so. It's a matter of psychological belief that this lavander will help us dominate in sleeping. If you think that this will help you to sleep, you'll go to sleep.

A money grab or mind set I would think. Mind set is cheaper but harder. I'm my opion.

It would not work if a person consumes a lot of caffeine or if a person has to take medication for sleep related problems so no it doesn’t always work at all

A good fragrance can make us sleep like a baby and that includes the lavender aroma. Before I sleep, I usually lit a lavender candle to fill the room with a good smell. Thus, it is not a myth.

Yes, lavender has been used for centuries to help promote relaxation and improve sleep. Studies have shown that lavender has a calming effect on the nervous system and can help reduce stress and anxiety. Additionally, lavender has been found to improve the quality of sleep and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
