To prevent low back pain (LBP), keep your back straight. Be mindful of your knee position because it can lead to an ankle or knee sprain. At the bottom of the staircase, keep an eye out for opening doors.

The safety precautions in climbing the stair make sure that your stepping your whole feet on the step. So, that you prevent any slippery accidents and make sure you wear well non-slip footwear or shoes. When going up the stairs if there's a handle make sure you hold the handle if you think you are not that fit or stable in climbing the stairs. Look straight in going up and walk up at moderate speed. If the stairs are too long you can rest for a moment to relax and have a deep breath. After short rest, you can continue climbing till you reach the final floor safely.
