Name some salads and recipe to make it?

I like to have russian salads, it contain mayonnaise, peas,potatoes, beans,carrot,pineapple, papayas etc. It is very tasty to have alone with fired rice.

In my country Philippines, when doing any salads in the house, we do not combine vegetables and fruit in one container. It is best to prepare a vegetable salad or fruit salad instead.

I love Acapulco Tuna Salad.  I got the recipe out of a JoAnna M. Lund cookbook called Party Fare.  I usually consume the dish twice a week as I cannot have more because you could get mercury poisoning.

Mix mayonnaise, salsa and crushed corn chips and place on a bed of lettuce.  That is it!

The dish is delicious and filling.
