What would you have done?

If you have the ability to wake up when you need to, you can sleep; otherwise, you can use your time to work, exercise, or read some books.

Well tomorrow I am hoping to wake up before time so I could actually use your advice and try reading a good book.

Thank You for viewing my perspective. I wish you best for it. Try to make your time valuable, educate yourself or train yourself each and every time.

In this kind of cas I think you should change your time plan to waking up at 5:30 in order for it not to affect you but in the case where you see it not to be normal see a doctor.

Walking up at 5.30 is almost the same as waking up at 6 , what only you can do is to get out of the bed and just start to prepare for what you plan for ,if you continue sleep for that 30 minutes you may exceed the time you set

You can still wake up, but how quick can you meet up with your appointment or duties should guide you. Your body needs enough rest to enable carry out the task of new day. If your body is deprived of sleep then you become tired during work.
