Why Answeree stop paying is it a scam?

Question

Since last month I asked for my second payment , i had no answer till I messaged them two days ago , I got an answer that they have a problem with PayPal in their country and they asked me if I have Binance, once I told them I don't have Binance and I have Payeer they don't answer again , does Answeree turned to be a scam.

I don't think answeree is a scam, all you have to do is to get a binance account and send the account number to them again requesting your payment

if they Pay through PayPal and I don't want binance account where is the problem it is not an excuse

I think it is more easier for them to send your payment through binance than paypal, due to some paypal policies.

Paypal do not work in my country so i had that problem before switching to binance and it has been safe and easy recieving my payment

You can use Skrill as your payment method, if there is an issue with paypal

already contacted them and they give an excuse that PayPal has problems in there country and  stop answering, what I hear that they did this before 2 years and scam people and now they are again doing the same thing
