Okay, this is going to sound a little strange to you probably because you might not be from the same country as me. There's this popular dish called Tuwo Shinkafa and Miyan Alehu ( a native dialect which translate to marched rice and vegetable soup).
Just like the name, the dish consist of rice and vegetable along with local ingredients and recipes. The white round thing in the picture above is the marched riced. While the greeny sauce is the vegetable soup. The marched rice is basically just rice marched together. And the sauce is made almost completely like stew, only that some of the process is a little different and vegetable is added to it with branded melon. This is one of the most popular dishes in my country and one of my favorite.
Note: disregard the way it looks in the picture. It isn't always served that beautiful all the time. And by the way, we use our bare hands to eat most dishes like this. We often call them swallow.
My favorite food is Paneer Butter Masala. There is a perfect combination of creaminess & spiciness of the gravy which makes it so desirable. It can be served with any type of Indian bread, chapatis or rice. For Chapatis I used Chakki Atta (Contains around 14- 16 % protein content) makes it very soft & delicious.
