See I can only tell what worked for me in revising books especially biology:

+ Make Short Notes yourself (One Feels more comfortable in their own handwrighting while at                                                the same time you revise the topic)

+ Do revision first thing in the morning

+ While revising 3rd or 4th time instead of seeing through the notes; See the topic and write          everything that you remember about it and then check what you missed and wrote wrong

+ After you have moved on to a new chapter or topic keep practicing the step 3 for the earlier        visited topics but write only key points and thing you tend to forget

Remember best revision is done when you do it through all senses so sometimes you can record audio of notes that you want to revise or you keep forgetting and play it to yourself.

For this you will have to make a fixed time table. Try to do school work in school itself. At home, revise the topics taught in school. Revise at home only as much as you study in school.

Apart from this, if you have more time left then you can also do extra. This will continuously improve your education without any pressure.

Schedule your day, minimize distractions, utilize breaks, seek support from tutors or colleagues, prioritize tasks

Schedule your day: Allocate specific times for revision, work, meals, leisure, and sleep. Stick to your schedule as much as possible.

Utilize breaks: Use small breaks to recharge and refresh your mind. Go for a walk, listen to music, or socialize with friends to clear your head.

Hello,

Read a particular topic over and over until you understand it, then move to the next topic.

Meditate on what you read, check for some words on the dictionary.

Make a research on a particular statement you don’t  understand.

Don’t study when you are depressed.
