Domestic gas cylinders typically contain propane, butane, or a mix of both.

Propane and butane are the most common gases used in domestic gas cylinders due to their high energy density and availability. They are also easy to store and transport, making them ideal for domestic use.

A gas cylinder mainly has two gases, propane and brutane. The ordinary natural gas cylinders have methane and Ethane. Some petroleum products are used in gas cylinders.

Did you know fart contains methane and can light up. Do not try to light it as it is easy to burn yourself.

LPG is composed mainly of propane and butane, while natural gas is composed of the lighter methane and ethane.

Which is heavier then air due to its high density.
