I am a hugger. As you said, to show appreciation, love, affection we need hugging. Hugging is the one of best feel. While hug others one can feel safe and encouraged.
Thank you. I agree. It does feel good to be hugged at the time we need it, or someone needs it. We all need some sense of comfort and peace every now and then. Thank you.
Acctually I'm not a hugger person. I realize that hug is something beautiful in our life, with hug we can build more happines. But for me that thing it's not really neccesary in my life.
Technique for a friendly, comforting hug: over/under or under/under — either one arm over and one arm under or both arms under. This means that if you hug a girl, either both her arms are above yours or at least one of them is above yours. If both her arms are under yours, you're hugging her head, not her body.
The old folks are not a hugger here. Perhaps they were not that expressive However, the young ones are more expressive nowadays. At some point, they influence their old folks to act the same thing. But then, not all of them will adjust to changes because they embraced to be traditional.
Sometimes I hug and sometimes I do not. But in cases I do not hug, it doesn't mean I don't appreciate or welcome the person. It is simply the state of mind, because I use words to show appreciation as well.
