My current company needs to embrace good changes and not to cheat their employees. Lately, the company's staff are imposing many changes that are not acceptable. With this matter, I am planning to quit my job once this virus flattened up.

A lot of changes need to be done.

1. Work from home should be an option for people with desk jobs.

2. Medical facility should be given to the employees.

3. Diversity of opinion should be accepted.

A lot of changes need to be done when you are planning on building the new office. I guess that can be  a good start.

I strongly believe that all organization should be susceptible to change. Being able to adapt to the new normal, new government rules, economic and environmental changes will test the longevity of an organization.

All companies — with no exception — need to adapt to their environment. Whether it is by changing the offers, the processes, the strategies, or the products, change is a vital part of any organization.

But changing is easier said than done. A whopping 70% of all organizational change efforts fail as a result of a variety of factors—like a lack of leadership, poor planning, or just a shortage of cash flow.

Change is inevitable and as such each and every company needs change at one point of operation inorder to boost sales, uplift profit among other reasons.

I have worked in a bakery factory for some while now, and i think we should change our commitment towards the work so that we can improve.

Yes, I feel like my company requires changes.

There could be many reasons why you feel like your company requires changes. Maybe you're feeling like you're not being valued by your team or you feel like you're not getting the work you wanted to. In either of those cases, you could potentially seek changes in your comportment or in your working conditions.
