If you think that you are not any more productive in the present company you are engaged in, then you can review what can you do to make some changes. Set plans A and B. If plan A did not work for you, then try plan B and so on. Get to know yourself and set goals.

It not a bad thing to change jobs, you as an individual you get to know people and create business connection, some find friends or soul mate which is cute but the most important thing is you gain knowledge from different companies
