You can eat varieties like sardines, Pacific mackerel, Herring, freshwater trout and salmon. They are low in Mercury and high in omega-3 fatty acid.

Those are what I am 100% sure of.

The omega-3 fatty acids in many fish, which are found in seafood, can help the unborn baby's brain and eye development. Seafood can be a fantastic source of protein. However, some fish and shellfish have mercury levels that could be harmful. The developing neurological system could be harmed due to too much mercury.

Seafood that is safe for pregnancy includes salmon, shrimp, catfish, tilapia, and cod, as they have low levels of mercury and are rich in omega-3s.

The safe seafood for pregnant women includes both fresh and frozen seafood. However, safe Symbiodical water seafood includes both fresh and frozen seafood, but not oysters.
