Whichever one she can live with for the rest of her life, without 'cheating'! There is little difference between one diet, and the next. All diets fail because one cannot or will not follow it without deviation. Ask Oprah. She went from a land whale to a trim body, back and forth, again and again....not because the diet stopped working, but because she stopped honestly following it.
