Levocetrizine is a prescribed oral tablet and can as well be used as a generic drug. Levocetrizine is oftenly used for allergies and also on an itchy skin. Its side effects depends on the age and some of them include, diarrhoea, vomiting, coughing and fever.

Levocetrizine should not be used by certain groups of people like the pregnant, breast feeding women and the people having kidney diseases. Caution should be taken by consulting a doctor first.

It should be avoided by those people having kidney diseases and dialysis because of its slow pace at which its removed from the body. This will hence increase levocetrizine effects in the body. It's good to talk to a doctor so that they find the best solution for you.
