What are the effects of doing  the standing bow pose in yoga? Does it have an effect on my breast especially when I feel the pressure on my chest muscles?

The standing bow pose in yoga is called 'vrikshasana' or the tree pose. It reminds us of a tree that is stable, calm and earthy.

Its benefits are:
