Yes, saline is often used in wound treatment since this creates factors that make bacteria grow more difficult, limiting wound infection. When you limit wound contamination and tissue damage you could achieve more successful wound healing.

No wounds can't heal from just salt

Compression on wound is good for 5 min with a bandage for example it may decrease blood flow

We can use salt in a serum to clean that wound

We use antibacterial med like betadine to also clean it

Salt water can be used to clean and facilitate healing of wounds by osmosis.salt water has sodium and chloride ions which force the liquid in cells to move out of the body they come in contact.all bacteria are forced out making it possible for healing to progress.

Salt water can help to clean and disinfect wounds, but it should not be used as a sole treatment for healing. Proper wound care and medical attention may be necessary depending on the severity of the wound.

Salt water can be used to treat wounds, as it has antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. It can help to reduce inflammation and speed up the healing process. Additionally, salt water can help to reduce pain and discomfort. It is important to note that salt water should not be used for deep or infected wounds. For these types of wounds, it is best to seek medical attention.
