Victims are never to blame for the actions of the aggressors, it is our responsability , as a society and as individuals, to know how to confront and prevent situations of abuse.

The problem is that noy many are able to acquire the social-emocional skills that are needed to deal whit abuse.

Both should be guilty of their actions no matter who they are. Both committed mistakes and should be responsible for every action they take.

Parents will be responsible in both cases. They must be sure that children's actions become in accordance with society rules, if not, a new social crisis would arrive around the World.

There are many factors that need to consider with this fact. If the school prohibited bullying, then it cannot harm anyone. It is also best to educate the parents to stop this from starting in their homes.

Both...it always takes two to Tango. Many have been bullied over say the last hundred years, yet few have gone on a killing spree. Many have bullied over say the last hundred years, yet few have paid the price at the hands of their victims. I have zero sympathy for bullies that get their comeuppance from them they have bullied. Zero! I dealt a harsh lesson to quite a few bullies while growing up, but I stopped at broken bones and nerve damage. I've no doubt they deserved a lot worse!

It is important to remember that victims of bullying are not responsible for the behavior of their perpetrators. Bullying is a form of abuse, and perpetrators are the ones who are responsible for their actions. Victims of bullying may experience lasting psychological and emotional effects, and it is important to provide support and understanding for victims.
