A person needs a house which was own by a mother. The person is not ready to look after the mother but need the house? Is what he s doing correct? Will he be able to use the money after throwing that mother out.

No, it is not correct for a person to take advantage of someone else's property without taking care of the owner. The person may be able to use the money, but he will likely face legal repercussions for taking advantage of the mother's property.

Any thing taken out force will not be achieved and it is very wrong to take  something from someone forcefully even if it is you parents or siblings you won't enjoy that property
