Well. Freddy Mercury drank beer during the Live aid concert at wembley stadium. May because of some panic because the crowd was about one hundred thousands or more.

Not all musicians are having bad or prohibited substances in their system before performing on stage. Some can handle the feeling of anxiety.

I think most of them have problems of their own which they need to take these drugs to help them perform on stage and for them not to break down.

While some musicians may take stimulants before performing, it is not true for all musicians. It is also not a healthy or recommended practice.

It is true that some musicians may take stimulants before they perform on stage. This is often done to help them cope with stage panic and to increase their focus and energy. This is not a universal practice and not all musicians do this.

It is possible that some musicians take in stimulants before they perform in order to combat stage panic or performance anxiety. Stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, and certain drugs like amphetamines and cocaine can increase alertness, reduce fatigue, and increase confidence, all of which could help in managing performance anxiety. However, taking stimulants before a performance can have negative consequences as well.nicotine, or prescription drugs like beta blockers can all be used to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, nervousness, and panic.

However, taking stimulants before a performance can have negative effects as well. It can increase heart rate, blood pressure, and cause jitters or shakes, which can negatively affect the musician's performance. Additionally, prolonged use of stimulants can lead to physical dependence, addiction, and other health problems.
