Many people tend to sleep after they eat especially when they are full, but is it safe to sleep right after we eat?

It is advisable that you eat 2 hours before you going to sleep, thus ti will be the reason of nightmare.

It's not right to sleep immediately after eating because your body does some activities to fasten digestion and metabolism of the food

Different people will respond differently. However, it is important to make sure that what you are eating does not meet any safecyes prior to sleeping. This means that you should not sleep on top of or within an issue such as a can or open bag that would proof that it is safe to sleep in. Instead, try to make sure that you sleep on a comfortable surface that is easy to sleep on. Some good options for sleeping are on the floor, on a bed or setter with a lighted room.

Sleeping one hour after eating doesn't give your body enough time to digest the food, inciting digestive problems like heartburn and acid reflux. It's recommended to wait at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed after a meal.

It's not safe to sleep after eating especially  because the body don't digest food when we sleep it could lead to some ingestion difficulty even if u really need to wait for 2 to 3hours before you can sleep
