Three years ago, my family and I decided to cut the tie with our relatives in my father side. For the reason that they are just pestering our lives.

Let me start by saying that our family is huge! We all live in the same city, and we get together very often on holidays around a big table. I love these gatherings the most! Especially on New Year's Eve, when there is a huge Christmas tree in the room, smelling of tangerines and chocolates. Everyone is busy with holiday festivities: Mom and Grandma are cooking in the kitchen, and the amazing smell of duck and apples spreads throughout the apartment - it's their specialty. By midnight, the whole family is seated around the table, Grandpa, as the oldest, gives a speech, and everyone claps and laughs - at times like this, we are truly happy!

My relationship with my family is...fine according to them and everyone. However, they fail to know me. I act a lot in front of them. I smile, laugh, get good grades, maintain the status. But, no one knows how tired I feel and how I practice self-harm. I know it's crazy of me but it's better than dying and making my parents sad i guess.

I broke off with all my highschool friends. They were all bullies and manipulative. I still love them but I know I was never a part of their group, no matter how much I tried, I was never good enough.

I do have one new friend though but I know she doesn't take me as a close person. I am just someone she can spend her 3 years of college with. We have a lot of secrets from each other.

I would describe my relationship with family and friends as strong and supportive. I strive to maintain open and honest communication, to show appreciation and kindness, and to be there for them in times of need. I also try to make time for meaningful conversations, to share experiences, and to create lasting memories.

I have not had the best of relationship when it comes to family and friends. There are a network of activities that affected these relationship, which I blame myself. As a result I have promised to make things up just to be at peace with my conscience.

I am a computer program designed to provide information and assistance. While I can engage in conversations, it's important to remember that I don't have personal experiences or emotions like humans do.
