Anxiety is a feeling of fear,worry,or unease about something with anuncertain outcome.It is a normal emotion that everyone experiences fromtime to time.However,when anxiety becomes excessive and persistent,it caninterfere with daily life and be disabling.

When we see they are getting more attention from the seniors. They are representing  everything or task provided to them in a better way.

Whenever  we start comparing we feel they are growing ,and in comparison  instead of doing our best we r trying to do better than them.

So instead of that we have to do our best and that will lead us to grow.

Just look out that we are doing better than last we have done.Love your self, see that you are best and definitely  you will get best out of yourself, then no comparison  would be there ,then no anxiety would be there.
