I wouldn't call it insomnia but back in my uni days, sometimes out of the blue, I had those days due to some inconvenience, I couldn't sleep all night and then slept like a baby in the early morning, and due to that my whole day wasted and because of that, when I again try to sleep as I have slept so much just 7-12 hours ago, the same f*cked up schedule continues. To overcome this, one day I was again not able to sleep all night but I tried not to sleep the whole day and later when it got dark I slept at 10 PM and my sleeping schedule started to get better. And If it doesn't work for you then I'd prefer you to have your favorite meal at dinner and don't be shy to have it full and you'll feel sleepy after dinner, you can go for some exercise or gym in the evening which will make you tired post session and have a relaxed sleep and I used to do both to get a better sleep afterwards.

I had occasional sleeplessness in college. Due to some difficulty, I sometimes had days when I had trouble sleeping all night before falling asleep soundly in the morning. Wastes my day. After sleeping for 7-12 hours, the same messed-up routine resumes. I solved this by staying up all day and dozing at 10 PM. If that doesn't work, eat your favourite supper and finish it. To become sleepy, go to the gym or exercise in the evening. I did both to sleep better.

Yes, psychological factors are one of the main factors of Insomnia because your anxieties and any other worries can prevent your mind to relax.

No, I'm not having an insomnia. However, lack of sleep can be a symptom of medical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or other psychiatric disorders. If you are having difficulty sleeping, it is important to talk to a doctor or mental health professional to figure out the underlying cause and get the appropriate treatment.

A doctor told us in a seminar that you should have a warm bath before sleeping because of it's soothing and relaxing feeling that make you tired and felt comfortable. Also try to eat a banana and drink a milk at night because it prevents the brain to be active and lets you be asleep.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble sleeping. Insomnia can be a difficult condition to deal with. I suggest trying some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization. It may also help to establish a regular sleep schedule and avoid caffeine and other stimulants before bed.
