Both Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine are based on region's warm temperature. Some main differences between both the cuisine are that- mediterranean cuisine mainly use olive oil, herbs and spices for light, healthy and flavorful dishes such as- grilled seafood, salads and pastas.

On the other hand, Turkish cuisine is mostly influenced by the Ottoman Empire and its dishes are characterized by strong and rich flavors like- kebabs, dolma, and baklava. Turkish cuisine mainly makes use of yogurt and meat, particularly lamb.

Mediterranean cuisine and Turkish cuisine are both similar in many ways, but there are also some distinct differences. Both cuisines use a variety of herbs and spices, and rely heavily on fresh fruits and vegetables. However, Turkish cuisine often uses more spices and is known for its kebabs, while Mediterranean cuisine is more focused on lighter dishes such as salads and grilled fish.
