As a child, I leaned towards the belief that brain function peak in early adulthood and slowly declines with frequent memory lapses.Science has made me understand that our lifestyle play an important role in the health of the brain. The top brain enemies include toxins, lack of sleep, poor diet, stress..A healthy lifestyle can boost your brain health.

Eating fresh vegetables and healthy fats is good start.Avoid sugar and refined carbs.Curry, broccoli, celery, walnuts can protect your brain.Consider adding healthy fats like coconut oil to your favourite dishes. It guards against neurological diseases

Exercise you body.It encourages your brain to work at optimum capacity.

Stop multitasking.multitasking slows you down making you error prone and forgetful.Don't multitask.. Focus on one task...

Don't lose sleep.Prioritize your night sleep.Your brain will thank you for it.
