Both education and experience are important. But if I really had to choose I would say experience. You can have a degree at a certain field and not be able to perform n an actual work setting.

I think in every given field Education and Experience are needed and can not do without each other, for example teaching if a person must teach he or she needs to be educated and experience with out that there is no way of passing knowledge.

Experience is the best teacher, that's why I guess it's experience. Education is just learning something about a certain course while experience is a proven way that you get a job done

Education is more important. It is better to have experience after the education. Some people even without education but having experience can be lived well.

Both education and experience are important in any given field, but the relative importance of each may depend on the specific field and the job requirements.

In some fields, such as medicine, engineering, or law, a high level of education is typically required to enter the field and practice professionally. In these cases, education is often considered more important than experience, as it provides the necessary foundational knowledge and skills to perform the job effectively.

However, in other fields, such as creative industries like design or advertising, experience may be considered more important than education, as it demonstrates an individual's ability to apply their skills and knowledge in real-world situations.

Ultimately, a combination of education and experience is often ideal, as it allows individuals to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge, and to continually develop and refine their skills throughout their careers

I think that education is more important in a given field because it allows people to learn from experience and learn how to do something better.

To be on a safer side, its good to upgrade oneself educationally while staying on the job to get the much needed experience and skills.

The truth is experience won't earn you promotion. What companies look at are your qualifications. If you don't have the needed qualification and you have experience in that field, you won't be promoted.

gives you access to a huge, experience gives you access to a huge network of people who have been there and done that. While education might increase your peer base, helps a person to get knowledge and improve confidence in life.

The importance of education versus experience in a given field can vary depending on the specific circumstances and requirements of that field. In some professions, such as medicine or engineering, formal education and specialized knowledge are crucial. However, in other fields, such as creative arts or entrepreneurship, practical experience and real-world skills may hold greater significance. Ideally, a combination of education and experience is desirable, as theoretical knowledge gained through education can be complemented by hands-on experience. Ultimately, the relative importance of education versus experience will depend on the nature of the field and the specific job or role within it.

Experience is perfect and far better because when imparting knowledge to other people it's sounds cool unlike when it's thought in school. Most establishment now prefers people who are experienced than those who learnt through education
