1. Papaya, it contains vitamins A, B, C and E. 
2. Avocado, it contains omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids so you'll have super rich breast milk. 
3. Strawberries. 
4. Bananas, it also helps build your folic acid levels. 
5. Blueberries. 
6. Mango
7. Roasted peanuts ( do check for allergies) 
8. Almonds
9. Cashew
10. Hazelnut
11. Pistachios. 
Additionally, you can order lactation cookies on Amazon. Do see to it that it has brewer's yeast in the ingredients. 
Do drink a glass of water before you start to breastfeed and after. The water would not dilute the breast milk so no worries.
