I think no, fermented milk is not good for the babies. Breast milk is best for the babies. Breast milk contain a lot of valuable substance which helps babies to grow.

Exactly my thoughts, an adult digestive system can handle fermented milk like yogurt. But for babies breast milk is the best while for children between 5 to 13 such products should be controlled.

Children's digestive system are still developing unlike adults who can handle a lot of reactions from some foods, from my own understanding it is not advisable, unless fermented milk that is well treated to avoid problems associated with non proper foods.

Giving fermented milk to children you should consider their age. For young babies it's not advisable but for older children say 3 and above years they can take it. It is good for a healthy bowel.

Fermented milk is not ment for childern. It causes constipation. The digestive system isn't well developed to accomodate fermented milk. Breath milk is the best option. If that's not an option then formula is recommended.

Children aged 6 to 24 months are allowed to consume fermented milk with "Lactobacillus casei." It is best amounting to 100 grams.

It will vary depending on the person's personal beliefs. Some people may think that these drinks are beneficial for children's health, while others may see them as harmful. Ultimately, the decision will have to be made on a case-by-case basis.
