My girlfriend has changed the password of my email account and won't give me the new password, how can I get my email account back?

My girlfriend somehow found out the password to my email account and has now changed it. I have no access to my emails, and she has teased me by saying that she is replying to all my emails for me. How can I get my login details back?

I would also consider changing your girlfriend too! Why on earth would she do such a mean thing? To do it as a joke is one thing but to lock you out of your email account permanently is just weird. The answers given here will help you reset your password but is she likely to do it again? I would set up an account she doesn't know about just to be sure.

As long as you know your email address then there won't be any problem changing the password. If its a gmail account, then click on "Forgot password?" so that you can update it and make the necessary changes. Anyway, your girlfriend might be having trust issues on your relationship considering that she had to go through such heights in figuring out how to access your accounts.

It better for you to reset it you first enter your email and press forger password and the code to re change your password will be send to your phone number or email phone number

Well the problem is that she changed the recovery email also to her own email, so now I can't even verify it. I've been trying to reset and contact support all day, while begging my girlfriend for my account back

If your email is registered to you phone number, you can try recovering password using your phone, in this case a text message will be sent to your phone, which you will input whatever code that is sent into your phone to recover your email.

I would say get a new girlfriend after sueing her for identity theft and possible defamation of character, include in your lawsuit the clause that she must admit to all she talked to via your email that she stole her boyfriends (your) account and got in big trouble for it and will be returning it to him, and then she is to give you the password so you can set it back to your recovery details and set up 2 factor authentication so it doesn't happen again, ontop of however much money you can sue her for.

If you are in a healthy relationship, I don't think she will do something like that for real, unless or untill she is mad at you for some reason. If she is mad at you, then first try to solve things between you and her after that talk to her and make her understand why you need your access back.
