It is best to start low, I normally start by running or doing a robe-jump, maybe 30 to 50 times. Following that would be seat-ups, push-ups and squarts.

All this comes before weight-lifting. But in the end, make sure you do muscle-streching before you leave for home. This will help avoid muscle cramps the following day.
